Welcome to Daniels Vacation Properties! Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they govern your use of our website and your stay at any of our properties.

By making a reservation with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the property.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Airbnb, Vrbo).

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Please refer to the specific cancellation policy on your booking platform or confirmation email.

4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No pets unless approved in advance.

  • No parties or events without prior consent.

  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Violating these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without refund.

5. Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

  • A security deposit may be held and refunded after checkout pending inspection.

  • Daniels Vacation Properties is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury occurring during your stay.

6. Guest Conduct

We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Please:

  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

  • Respect our property and community guidelines.

  • Report any issues immediately so we can assist you.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions).

9. Changes to These Terms
